Operating from our Southern California commercial kitchen, we deliver chef-prepared meals and snacks directly to worksites with zero setup required—and keep everything refrigerated until served.

My Healthy Penguin® started in my home kitchen in 2015 as a way to help myself and my kids to eat better. After struggling to juggle work, parenting, and healthy eating, I realized others faced the same challenge. I turned my personal journey into my mission—making eating healthier for busy lifestyles.

Today, we deliver all throughout Southern CA, delivering thousands of meals weekly, and continue to grow, thanks to our commitment to quality,delivering a excellent customer experience, and convenience.”
