Below 50, a recurring catering program is rarely the right call. Above 1,000 daily covers, national contractor economics start to make sense.

Recurring need, not one-off

Eight or more service days a month, or a continuous Smart Fridge or weekly meal-prep program. Event-only needs are better served elsewhere.

Wants a real kitchen and consistent recipes
