Love your lunch

The Love-Your-Lunch 30-day pilot.

A new workplace food program should feel low-risk. Here is how we make sure you are not locked into something that does not work for your team.

1

30-day pilot over four weeks, scheduled 2 to 6 days per week, your choice.

2

Weekly pre-pay for the upcoming week. No long-term contract during the pilot.

3

Employee survey at week 2. We collect honest feedback so you have a clear decision point.

4

Opt out at week 2 with no obligation for the rest of the month if it is not landing for your team.

5

Continue past the pilot on a simple recurring agreement — same schedule, same menu rotation, same predictable weekly invoice.

Choose your weekly lunch schedule.

Whether your team is on-site a few days a week or every day, we’ll build a recurring lunch schedule around your headcount, preferred service days, and workplace needs.

Why now

Why HR leaders are testing daily lunch.

  • Retention & recruitingA daily, visible benefit employees actually feel at 12:30 p.m., not just in an annual PDF.
  • Return-to-office, made concrete"Lunch is provided on these days" is a clear, positive reason to be in the building.
  • Less admin than cateringOne schedule, one local partner, one recurring invoice, instead of weekly app orders.
  • A shared momentPeople eat together and stay on-site, building relationships without another meeting.

How to Get Started.

You choose the service days, headcount, and pilot start date. We handle the rotating menus, food preparation, delivery, and recurring schedule from there.

01

Start with a quick call

A 20-minute video call to learn about your workplace, team size, preferred service days, delivery window, and what you need to present the program internally.

02

Free Lunch

A complimentary tasting lunch for 4–10 people on your leadership team. No formal presentation, no pressure. We drop it off, your team tries the food, you decide.

03

Run a 30-day pilot

Hot, ready-to-serve lunches delivered on a recurring schedule. Around week two we gather employee feedback so you have a clear go/no-go — stop right there if it’s not landing.

04

Move into a weekly routine

Service continues on a consistent schedule with weekly pre-payment and a predictable four-week budget view. Menus sent in advance. Lunch just happens.

"What if our team doesn't love it?"

Then you stop — no strings. We collect employee feedback at week two and share a simple participation and satisfaction summary, so you always have a clear decision point: continue, adjust cadence, or end it. No long-term obligation.

The 2026 shift

Why workplaces are investing in recurring food service in 2026.

Workplace food has moved from a "nice to have" to one of the most cost-effective levers HR has. Three things are driving it right now.

Return-to-office is the norm

With more teams back on-site, food is one of the few incentives that reliably moves attendance, and it rewards the exact days you ask people to come in.

The labor market is still tight

A visible daily benefit helps you keep good people and stand out in job posts, for a fraction of the cost of replacing someone who leaves.

Budgets favor predictability

One recurring program with a single invoice is far easier to plan than scattered delivery stipends that swing month to month.

How we compare.

Fresh, fully managed workplace food, without the overhead of a kitchen or the chaos of delivery apps.

30-day pilot: common questions.

What does the discovery call look like? +
A 20-minute call we schedule after you send your inquiry. We confirm your worksite, typical on-site headcount, and shift pattern, then follow up within 24 hours with everything you need to share with leadership.
Can our leadership taste the food before we commit? +
Yes. After the discovery call we deliver a free tasting lunch for 4 to 10 of your leadership team. No pitch, no presentation — we drop the food, you taste it, we leave. The food speaks for itself.
Is the 30-day pilot discounted or free? +
No. The pilot is a fully paid, fully operated program at the same service level as our ongoing clients. The advantage is that you can run it for 30 days without a long-term contract, and a week-2 cancel checkpoint is built in.
What does it cost? +
Pricing depends on your headcount, number of service days per week, and menu mix. On the planning call we provide a worksite-specific quote so you can see your per-employee, per-day cost and your four-week total.
Are we locked into a contract after the pilot? +
No long-term contract to start. The pilot includes a week-2 cancel checkpoint with zero obligation. At the end of 30 days you decide whether to continue, and we’ll walk through ongoing program options together.
What if our employees don't like it? +
Halfway through the pilot we run a short employee feedback survey and share the results. If participation or satisfaction isn't where it should be, you can choose not to continue past the pilot period.
How many days per week should we start with? +
Most teams start with two to three days per week and scale up once they see participation and feedback. We'll recommend a starting cadence based on your headcount and goals.
Where do you offer the pilot? +
We cook in Rancho Cucamonga and serve workplaces across the Inland Empire. If your worksite is within our delivery routes and meets the minimum headcount, we can usually schedule a pilot.
