What we keep hearing from property teams

Generic catering and delivery apps were not built for this. Here is what actually gets in the way, and what we fix.

Residents leave the building for food

Late-night delivery and quick-service runs pull residents out of the building exactly when you want them feeling at home in the amenity spaces you paid to build.

Your amenity floors sit empty after hours

Lobbies, package rooms, and club lounges go cold outside of leasing-tour hours. A 24/7 fridge gives residents a real reason to circulate through them every day.

Class A rents need Class A amenities

Premium rents need premium amenities. A real meal amenity reads as care for the resident, far more differentiated than another package room or another peloton.

Your community team isn't in food service

Onsite leasing and maintenance staff aren't running a kitchen. A fully managed fridge means zero stocking, no expired-item triage, and no resident complaints landing in the leasing office.

FAQ — Residences & Apartments

Common questions from Residences & Apartments leaders about bringing fresh, fully managed meals on-site.

Where in the building does the fridge go? +
Most properties place it in a high-traffic amenity space: lobby near the elevators, package room, fitness center, or club lounge. It needs a standard 110V outlet and about two square feet of floor space. No plumbing required. The fridge ships with its own cellular connection, so it doesn't sit on your building Wi-Fi.
Do residents pay, or does the property cover the meals? +
Either model works. Residents can tap and pay directly at the fridge with a card or phone, or the property can subsidize per meal, fully cover meals as a marketing-fund amenity, or run a simple revenue share. We help you choose what fits your building's economics.
What if the fridge sits unused? +
We monitor every fridge after install and adjust stock, menu, and resident-facing promotion based on actual purchase data. If usage stays low through the pilot, you can pause the program with no long-term obligation.
Is this a fit for student housing or senior independent living? +
Yes. Student housing benefits from late-night and weekend access when the dining hall closes. Senior independent living uses it as a low-effort meal option residents can grab without leaving the building, no app or ordering required.
Do we have to sign a long-term contract? +
We don't start with a long-term contract. Most teams begin with a 30-day pilot that includes a week-2 cancel checkpoint — if it's not landing, you stop right there with no obligation for the rest of the month.
How is pricing structured? +
It depends on headcount, frequency, and which program fits your site. We quote to your worksite and can structure it as employer-funded, subsidized, or simple pay-per-meal. Send us an inquiry — we'll reach out to confirm fit and follow up with your rate within 24 hours. Better rates available for prepayment.

Ready to feed your Residences & Apartments team?

Start with a single unit on a 30-day amenity pilot. If your residents don't use it, you stop, with no obligation for the rest of the month.
